Enrollment Guide
Enrolling your child at our childcare program is simple and straightforward. Follow these easy steps:
1. Schedule a Tour
- Contact us to book an appointment and visit our childcare. During your tour, you can:
- Meet our provider
- Learn about our program and daily routines
- Ask any questions you may have
2. Complete Enrollment Forms
Fill out all necessary registration and forms. These documents help us provide safe and personalized care for your child. Just click the button's below to download the forms.
3. Select a Payment Method
- We offer multiple flexible payment options:
- Maryland Voucher
- Brightwheel
- Zelle
- Cash
- Check
4. Confirm Enrollment
Once all forms are complete and payment arrangements are made, your child’s spot will be reserved, and you’ll receive confirmation of their start date between parent and provider.
5. Provide Required Supplies
- Ensure your child comes prepared with:
- A box of Diapers or Pull-ups and wipes (if applicable)
- Sippy cup
- Change of clothes in a labeled ziplock bag
- Cozy blanket
- Insect Repellent
6. First Day & Orientation
Bring your child and their supplies on the first day. We’ll guide them through orientation, introduce routines, and make sure they feel comfortable and welcome.

Lullaby Childcare Policies
At Lullaby Childcare, our policies are non-negotiable and legally binding. To ensure a smooth start and safe environment for all children, the following requirements must be met:
1. Required FormsBefore beginning childcare services, all parents/guardians must complete and return all requested forms. This includes:Registration formsEmergency contact formsMedicine administration forms (if applicable)2. Immunization RecordsParents must provide a current copy of each child’s immunization record prior to the child’s first day of care.3. Termination PolicyTo terminate childcare services, parents must provide a two-week notice and pay two weeks’ tuition.4. Accident & Injury ProtocolMs. Trina is responsible for informing parents immediately of any unexpected accident or injury that occurs while the child is in her care.
